I am currently offering in-person sessions in my office in downtown Brunswick, ME. I'm located just off of Maine St. at 6 Cumberland St. There is plenty of free street parking available.
ONLINE
I also offer online psychotherapy and yoga therapy to those who would prefer to meet that way. I've worked with folks from their homes, offices, cars, and campsites - you name it. As long as you feel that you are in a private place and have a secure internet connection, we can make it work. Telehealth sessions occur over video using a HIPAA-compliant platform. I am licensed in Maine and Massachusetts, so I can see clients in either of those states.
