I offer online psychotherapy and yoga therapy. I've worked with folks from their homes, offices, cars, and campsites - you name it. As long as you feel that you are in a private place and have a secure internet connection, we can make it work. Telehealth sessions occur over video using a HIPAA-compliant platform. I am clinically licensed in Maine and Massachusetts, so I can see clients located in either of those states. I am universally licensed for yoga therapy and Reiki, so I can see clients located anywhere.
