Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is the specific application of yogic tools and practices (postures, movement, breathwork, meditation, etc.)
to address a person's physical, mental, and emotional needs. It combines yoga and therapeutic approaches to deepen awareness and presence with self. Our bodies are where we hold on to our grief and trauma, and Yoga Therapy is a way to connect to these feelings and be present with what's happening now. In-person sessions are being offered for anyone who is fully vaccinated. - Distance sessions are an alternative option. |
Reiki Healing
Reiki is an alternative medicine that uses hands-on energy healing
to transfer Universal energy from the practitioner to the receiver. It is a Japanese technique that can reduce stress, increase relaxation, and promote healing. The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or The Higher Power" and Ki which is "Lifeforce Energy." Together, Reiki means "Spiritually guided lifeforce energy." In-person sessions are being offered for anyone who is fully vaccinated. - Distance healing sessions are an alternative option. |

"The session was a centering and refreshing change to traditional therapy.
Being able to sit in and move slowly through sensation is something I would probably never be able to start doing on my own.
I felt like this was definitely opening a door to something that could be really helpful for me."

“These sessions have been incredibly valuable.
I’ve accomplished more in these 3 hours of yoga therapy than I have in years of therapy.”
