YOGA FOR GRIEF @ ELECTRIC COTTAGE COLLECTIVE Last Tuesdays of the month @ 5:45-7pm Monthly drop-in style yoga class and chat hosted by Electric Cottage Collective. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the state of the country/world, or any experience that feels distressing to you - you are welcome exactly as you are. Come move, be, connect, and find ease. Come dressed to sit comfortably in a community circle to chat and in clothing that allows you to gently move for our yoga practice. You may bring your own yoga mat and props or you can use what we have here in the studio. You might also like to bring a journal or something to write with. Most importantly, just come as you are!
Topics may include presence & body awareness, self-care, self-love & acceptance, your identity in your grief, changes, what is 'normal', and many other experiences that show up in grief. Our bodies are where we hold on to our grief and trauma, and Yoga Therapy is a way to connect to these feelings and be present with what's happening now.
MINDFUL MAMA - MOM & BABY YOGA @ MAINE MOTHER & CO. First Tuesdays of the month @ 10:30am - 12pm Monthly drop-in style mindful movement and chat hosted by Maine Mother & Company. Mom & Baby Yoga for babies aged 0-12 months. Bring baby along and gently move your body. You can expect slow, mindful movement that allows for connection with yourself and your little one. No exercise clearance required. No yoga mat or props needed. Come as you are!

YOGA FOR PREGNANCY & CHILD LOSS w/ MADELINE'S MISSION @ ELECTRIC COTTAGE COLLECTIVE Second Tuesdays of the month @ 7pm - 8:30pm Yoga for Pregnancy and Baby Loss is a gentle movement/yoga class for folks who have survived pregnancy & child loss as they find a path towards wellness, hope, and healing. This class is offered by Meghan Collier of Sea Glass Healing Arts in partnership with Madeline’s Mission. 70% proceeds from this class will go towards Madeline’s Mission.
You will gently move your body and hold space for your loss. You can bring your yoga mat and props or you can use what we have at the studio. You might also like to bring a journal or something to write with. Most importantly, just come as you are.
Whether you are grieving the loss of your pregnancy at any stage, TFMR, chosen abortion, or stillbirth, you are welcome here. If you are grieving the death of your baby or child, no matter what age, you are welcome here.
